A new style direction originated in the UK and was called MiniYa (MiniMe). Ready-made kits of different sizes for mothers and daughters are increasingly offered by world-famous brands, such as Dolce & Gabbana, TopShop, MillyMinis and many others. Often, these kits include accessories: hats, sunglasses, handbags, shoes ...
Indeed, it looks very moving and sweet when two equally dressed figures are walking along the street - one large, the other small. And the daughter at the same time rejoices: "Mom, I am now just like you!" (And perhaps even ceases to be painted on mom’s lipstick slowly ...). In addition, a mother can, by her own example (and there is nothing more effective in her upbringing) instill a good taste in her daughter, teach her to choose the right clothes in the store and choose accessories for her. In general, psychologists consider this trend as an additional opportunity to find a common language with the child.
On the other hand, many mothers hesitate to follow such a fashion. Why? For a variety of reasons. For example, the figure of a mother may not look the best with such a comparison - her flaws begin to catch the eye. Not every mother will want to attract the attention of passers-by, especially when the child is naughty. And not on every girl "adult" clothes look good.It’s better to sew the same dresses for the daughter and her dolls.
Well, while mothers are arguing, psychologists are campaigning for, fashion beauty contests are taking place (see the bottom photo in the article), fashion brands continue to release new sets ... the MiniYa style is gaining an increasing number of fans, and all over the world!
